When I first began watching the show, and getting into the fandom, Rarity was close to the bottom of my favorite characters list. Maybe even the bottom.

Fluttershy was my absolute favorite.

But now, Rarity is sitting comfortably at the top of my favorites list. And she isn't moving anytime soon.

If you think of it this way i dont think so. When something is created who is to say that it is not real. our minds create things everyday weather it be storys pictures and songs. those things pretty much have their own world so in one reality or a nother its real. so yes yes its ok
